David Beckham has denied claims he is training to begin a professional acting career...

A Bend It Like Beckham remake featuring the ACTUAL Becks?! A James Bond featuring the ACTUAL Becks?! A HARRY POTTER REMAKE FEATURING THE ACTUAL BECKS?!
Yep, absolutely none of the above is ever going to happen.
We’re sorry to leave you hopelessly imagining Becks in a Gryffindor uniform like that.
Last week exciting reports had emerged alluding that 40-year-old David Beckham had been professionally practising his ‘to be or not to be’s’ in order to start an acting career.
This is not the case, as confirmed by the sportsman. Becks has insisted his upcoming role in Guy Ritchie‘s film, Knights of the Roundtable: King Arthur, as the Blackleg leader is NOT the start of an acting career.
Speaking to MRPORTER.com, Becks insisted ‘I saw an article the other day that said this is my new career, and it’s really not’.
He continued ‘It’s something that I’ve dipped myself into from time to time, but I only did it for a friend, Guy‘.
Becks adds,’It’s definitely not my new career, it’s just fun, it’s not something that I’m training to be better at’.
You know that face you pull at Christmas when you’re really disappointed with your present but everyone’s looking at you so you have to act like you’re really happy? *Totally* doing it right now.
In a previous interview, Becks admitted to find acting ‘a tough profession, where you need a huge amount of skill and discipline’.
Despite this hardship, however, the dad of four certainly enjoyed flexing his Thespian muscle, ‘It was nerve-racking delivering the lines but I enjoyed it massively’. So perhaps there is still hope?!
