There’s no better way to celebrate the fact it’s Friday than by combining two of our favourite things; hot men and chocolate!

Cadbury is on the hunt for a new Milk Tray man and incase you’re unsure as to what we’re on about, cast your minds back (or just give it a google…) to 2003, when the polo neck clad man last made a TV appearance. In fact, Cadbury have used a Milk Tray hero in various TV ads since 1968 with the slogan, ‘And all because the lady loves Milk Tray.’

To cut a long story short, the Milk Tray man embarks on James-Bond style missions in a bid to get the classic Milk Tray to a very lucky woman. SWOON.

We decided to create our own Milk Tray man, using the best body parts from some of the hottest celebrity males.

Using Harry Styles‘ hair, Nick Jonas‘ eyes, Ryan Gosling‘s nose, Prince Harry‘s mouth, David Beckham‘s torso and Joe Hart‘s legs, we’ve made the all new and forever gorgeous, Cadbury Milk Tray man.

Hmm, ok, so maybe these six men look better individually but hey ho, it was worth a shot.

So erm, if you know anyone who looks like this…or anybody equally as gorgeous (cough) then get in touch because Cadbury wants YOU.

A new ad is being aired this Friday evening starring 1987’s Milk Tray man, James Coombes.

Speaking about their hunt, Tony Bilsborough, spokesman for Cadbury, revealed: ‘The key point is the new Milk Tray man won’t be chosen just for his derring-do, diving off cliffs into shark-infested waters. It will be as much about traits such as thoughtfulness. Leaping off a bridge on to a moving train is not as relevant as it was perhaps in the 1960s, there has to be a little more to gift giving.’

Anyone over 18 can register their interest – or nominate a friend at a special Cadbury website.

The winner will get a one-year contract to front the chocolate brand throughout 2016.

We’ve read the tabloid stories, but what is actually going on with Victoria and David Beckham's marriage?

After 16 years together, stories are circulating that David and Victoria Beckham are having marriage troubles. But surely it couldn’t be over for Brand Beckham?

1 How often do they spend time together?

There’s no denying the dynamic in their relationship has changed since David retired from professional football in 2013. He’s expanded his commercial contracts to include cars, whisky and fashion brands Belstaff and H&M, which means he often has to travel around the world as brand ambassador.

As Victoria’s fashion empire goes from strength to strength, she plans to launch a shoe brand and a high-street range, as well as opening shops in Hong Kong, Dubai, Miami, LA and New York.

An insider explains: ‘Victoria runs their diaries. She’s juggling two demanding careers that span the world, as well as four kids. It’s a logistical nightmare to organise time to get together and it may not be as much as they’d both like, but they make the best of it.’

When David jetted off last week on a business trip to New York, he was also meeting up with his close circle of male pals to celebrate best mate Dave Gardner’s 39th birthday. David and Victoria have rowed about the boys’ nights out as she knows from experience when the lads are pictured with random girls it causes speculation about their relationship.

3 Have there been rows?

Insiders say tensions are at an all-time high and reckon they’d clearly argued, judging by their stony expressions as they left Victoria’s party last week.

‘Victoria’s tired and stressed from work, whereas David has a more relaxed lifestyle now that he’s retired,’ a source said. ‘They’ve had monumental four-letter-word rows as the tension between them snaps and they explode at each other.’

But another well-placed insider insists the rows have been blown out of proportion.

‘Of course they bicker,’ says the source. ‘They both have fiery tempers, so they will have the occasional argument. But they always make up after.’

Victoria uncharacteristically addressed the rumours in a recent interview, saying: ‘David and I have nothing to prove. We love each other, look out for each other and are strong as both partners and parents.’ And David has David has taken to Instagram to gush about his wife, saying: ‘Long trip London , Nyc , Miami, Nyc , London , Dubai , London… Can’t wait to get home to see my beautiful wife and unbelievable children….’

So will they split? It seems unlikely. They have one of the strongest relationships in showbiz and it looks like Brand Beckham is set to go on for some time yet.

Proof the Beckhams’ marriage is stronger than ever

The footie star posted a team photo on Instagram yesterday where he’s seen posing beside Brooklyn with One Direction heartthrob Hazza stood behind them. *swoon*

‘Nice way to warm up before the big game at Old Trafford …,’ David, 40, captioned the amazing picture.

‘Can’t beat a kick around with mates… ⚽️’

Er, they’re some mates you’ve got there, Becks! David wears his old Manchester United red strip in the picture, as does 16-year-old Brooklyn – awww, nice to see father and son on the same side.

It seems that 21-year-old Harry – who looks to be on the opposing team given that he’s decked out in white – must have said something amusing as Brooklyn is looking up at the singer with a big smile on his face in the snap.

Mind you, we’d be smiling too if we were getting to hang out with David Beckham AND Harry Styles.

Brooklyn certainly seemed to enjoy himself and posted a black-and-white version of the shot with the caption: ‘Fun night with these lads’

Harry hasn’t yet shared anything about the match (c’mon Hazza, spill the beans!) but we bet he had a whale of a time.

Fans of the trio professed their love for the picture on Instagram, with one cutely commenting: ‘look at how brooklyn is looking at harry’

Another simply wrote: ‘THIS IS TOO GOOD ’

The boys might look like they’re just having a relaxed kick about but something tells us this probably got pretty competitive.

David’s best pal Dave Gardner was amongst the players and joked on social media that he would be feeling the aftermath of the event the next morning.

‘Great match but tomorrow I think I will be walking like John Wayne….Getting old !!!!’ he quipped.

Ever since the blessed day he joined Instagram in May 2015, David has been sharing snippets of the Beckhams’ family life with his fans and this often includes snaps of his and Brooklyn’s antics.

There’s clearly a competitive spirit between them as David declared himself the winner when he took on his teenage son during a bit of playful wrestling in October 2015.

‘Just a normal Sunday in the Beckham household .. Master Brooklyn trying to take on 40 year old dad and losing again #dontmesswithdad #nexttimeson @brooklynbeckham,’ Becks captioned the photo.

Brooklyn begged to differ though and posted his own photo, writing: ‘In your dreams dad @davidbeckham’ Play nicely, boys!

A bit of competition also broke out in September 2015 when Brooklyn suggested that he now has much more street cred than his famous father.

‘Dads not happy about me being cooler than him,’ he wrote. We think you’re both pretty cool tbh, Brooklyn.

Sometimes Brooklyn and David Beckham are on the same side though. The time they both took part in a warm-up for a charity football match and posed side by side – with one Harry Styles on the opposite team – totally warmed our hearts.

David is clearly very proud of his boy. The sports star supported Brooklyn during a father/son fishing trip over the summer and spoke of his happiness about how well the teen did.

‘Not bad for his first time fishing… A nice John Dory that the captain said its the 2nd biggest one he had seen… very proud,’ the dad-of-four told his followers. Awww!

David Beckham has added yet another inking to his vast collection and it's rather pretty

Just when we thought David Beckham had slowed down on the tattoo front, having not revealed a new one since August (that’s a long time by Becks’ standards), he’s only gone and got ANOTHER inking.

The new etching consists of a rose on David’s neck and was unveiled by wife Victoria when she took a sexy photo of her man chilling out in America this morning.

‘Happy Friday x kisses from Los Angeles x vb,’ Victoria, 41, captioned the shot.

Brooklyn and David Beckham cutest moments

There’s no explanation from Posh about what 40-year-old David’s latest addition to his tat collection might mean – after all, he’s always made it clear that his most cherished designs are the ones that mean something.

But we can’t help but wonder if it’s dedicated to one of the ladies in his life? An english rose, perhaps?

Maybe David got the delicate design in honour of Victoria? The two have faced unpleasant rumours about their marriage recently and it could be a sign that they’re stronger than ever.

Or could the floral skin ink represent David’s beloved youngest child, daughter Harper? The rose sits just above his ‘pretty lady’ tattoo, which was done to represent his feelings for the 4-year-old, so it would make sense to add another design for Harper in that spot.

David Beckham himself has kept quiet about the mysterious new inking but we hope he’ll reveal all about it very soon!

In the meantime it looks like the former footballer and his wife have been spending quality time with their family over in the States.

Shortly before posting the snap of David, a proud Victoria took a photo of little Harper as she did a spot of horse riding – awww!

David Beckham pens an emotional tribute to 'inspiring young lady' Kirsty Howard, who he met several times, after she dies from a rare heart condition aged 20

David Beckham has penned an emotional tribute following the sad death of a young woman he called his ‘good luck charm.’

Kirsty Howard, 20, died on Saturday morning after been born with a back-to-front heart – a rare condition that she battled all her life, having initially been given just weeks to live.

Dad-of-four David took to Instagram to share his sadness at the news of her death, sharing a snap of himself with Kirsty – who dedicated her life to charity work – as a child and praising the fundraising efforts, calling her ‘an inspiration.’

The pair met on various occasions during Kirsty’s short life, including during the opening ceremony of the 2002 Commonwealth Games, where they presented the Jubilee Baton to Queen Elizabeth together.

‘Words cannot describe how amazing this young lady has been over the years,’ David’s post begins.

‘Kirsty has been defying doctors for many years and whilst doing that she has been raising millions of pounds for terminally ill children.

‘I met Kirsty in 2002 when she became the nation’s and my good luck charm for the game against Greece, we also met the queen together in Manchester so you could say we have spent some amazing moments together over the years and it was an inspiration to meet such a brave young lady with so much drive for helping others.

‘My love and thoughts go to Kirsty’s parents and sisters as this inspirational young lady will be missed.

‘My heart and love goes to Kirsty for letting me be a small part of your world over the years.

‘Rest in peace.’

The touching post gained over half a million likes, with one user commenting: ‘Beautiful words. RIP angel.’

Other stars to pay tribute to Kirsty include Boyzone’s Ronan Keating, Corrie actors Jennie McAlpine and Antony Cotton, and opera singer Russell Watson.

David Beckham gets all wistful about how his eldest son is growing up fast - sob!

David Beckham certainly knows how to pull at the ol’ heart strings when he’s talking about his kids and his latest Instagram post is absolute proof of this.

The doting dad-of-four posed for a loving photo with his eldest son Brooklyn, 16, earlier today where he’s seen planting a kiss on the teenager’s forehead – cute!

And then just when we thought it couldn’t get any sweeter, David added a gushing caption in which he spoke of how proud he is of his growing boy.

‘Something tells me I love this not so little man so much ……,’ the 40-year-old former footballer wrote.

‘Growing up fast into a perfect gentleman and hiking buddy…. I love you big boy ❤️’

Awww David, we’re welling up a bit now! Brooklyn gives a natural smile in the picture as David puts his arm around him and looks to be bursting with love for his son.

The heart-warming post has already racked up over half a million likes (wow!) and David’s followers were quick to comment on how utterly adorable it is.

‘he is sooooo cute about his kids. Kills me. Love them all,’ one fan admitted.

Er, we might just agree with you on that one actually!

Whilst many 16-year-olds might be a wee bit embarrassed about their dad sharing such an emotional statement and photo, Brooklyn didn’t seem to mind at all and also posted the same picture.

It’s not the first time that David Beckham has made us melt when he’s posted things about his kids. The sportsman – who also has Romeo, 12, Cruz, 10, and Harper, 4, with wife Victoria – regularly shares his love for his family on Instagram.

Just last month he helped Harper to celebrate her birthday in an adorable fashion by joining her and her dolls for a little shindig. Oh, and they all wore party hats too. TOO. CUTE.

The former Spice Girl took a photo of husband David Beckham as he lay sleeping on a plane yesterday – and gifted snap with the whole world via Instagram. Praise be!

The black and white image shows David looking even more perfect that usual as he lies flat out with a sun hat resting on his belly.

And whilst David’s slumber shot may be the hottest we’ve ever seen, it’s certainly not the first. Instead, he’s the latest in a long line of celebs caught having a little bo-bo on camera.

Countless pictures of former Made In Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh catching a few ZZZs exist thanks to her (rather mean) husband, Professor Green, who seems to share a snap of his beautiful wife sleeping every time she shuts her eyes.

As if we needed ANOTHER reason to love David Beckham

David Beckham might be a world famous footballer but he knows that kids always come first.

The 40-year-old star has uploaded some VERY cute photos of his children- Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 12, Cruz, 10, and Harper, four, leaving the Now office a little hearts-in-eyes.

On Friday morning David shared a photo of daughter Harper cruising along on her pink bike, complete with stabilisers and a baby pink helmet.

Next to the snap, David wrote: ‘California Girl .’

Ahh, Harper is certainly living the dream! Also that day, David was seen out and about with his little girl, enjoying ice cream and sweeties.

As well as the Harper snap, On Friday morning David posted a black and white photo of his three sons with their backs to the camera.
Next to it he wrote: ‘My gorgeous boys enjoying the Angels tonight ⚾️⚾️⚾️.’

FYI – we’re currently swooning at David’s beautiful choice of words – we just cannot get enough of these pics!
David has previously spoken out about spending precious time with his children saying:

‘I’ve been lucky, I’ve always been able to take the boys to school in the mornings and pick them up and make them dinner and things like that. So I do even more of that.’
He added:
‘I’m able to take all three of the boys to school and then I take Harper to her school for a few hours and then pick her up. I’m kind of like a driver at the moment, I’m always in the car.’

David’s wife Victoria has also taken to Instagram, sharing a super cute photo of Harper having her nails done. Next to the photo she wrote:
‘Big girl having her nails done x thank u @tombachik kisses from Los Angeles x x vb.’

Harper has opted for some pretty cool colours, choosing blue and red for her toes and a dark shade for her hands.

The ‘Tom’ that Victoria is referring to is a celebrity manicurist and a Global Nail Designer for L’Oreal Paris. In fact he’s even the pro behind Jennifer Aniston’s sleek nails!

Is it just us, or have the Beckhams been ridiculously cute lately? Both David Beckham and Victoria Beckham‘s Instagrams are a snapshot into their adorable family life, with their kids Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 13, Cruz, ten, and Harper, four, at the centre of everything they do.

After a weekend of celebrations to mark Brooklyn passing his GCSEs (congratulations Brooklyn!) it was time for some relaxation in the Beckham household, and David and Harper decided to put their comfy clothes on and watch the sunset.

Victoria shared a snap on her Instagram of the pair sat on the decking and admiring the LA view, with David cuddling his daughter, who wore some snazzy Minion pyjamas.

‘Love and kisses from Los Angeles fashion bunnies x vb,’ was all Vic wrote in the caption – but really, the picture speaks for itself. And what it’s saying to us is UNBELIEVABLE CUTENESS.

Little Harper Beckham has been a bit of a daddy’s girl ever since her arrival, with David getting a new tattoo dedicated to her, and even lining up her pink bicycle next to his motorbikes on the driveway.

And after all the attention had been on Brooklyn the past weekend – he passed every one of his GCSE exams and was treated to a slap-up meal by his parents – it looks like Harper was in need of some dad and daughter time.

It wasn’t so long ago that Victoria Beckham was famous for her serious expression – but judging by her recent social media activity, she’s a big softie at heart!

In an event that would pretty much seem like all our dreams coming true David Beckham is officially a Disney prince, thanks to Harper Seven!

Kind of wishing this was a drill now, because we’ve started to get light headed.

In an extraordinary event that would totally seem like Now was in charge of a Disney film- David Beckham is officially a handsome Disney Prince. Everyone please remain as calm as humanly possible.

This fairytale came about the way any decent one should- with a Beckham family day out to Disneyland in California.

And somewhere during the custom ‘pictures-with-the-princesses’ thing, our Fairy God mother pulled through and made THIS happen…. Fairy God Mother we are eternally grateful you wonderful, wonderful mythical being.

Looking every inch the charming prince, David and the princesses of Frozen strike a pose- and to be honest, it looks as if Elsa‘s chill has long gone (YOU HAD ONE JOB ELSA, PRINCESS OF ICE) . Not that we blame her, it’s a very understandable reaction.

And who would have thought our Fairy God Mother was a lil’ (and very, very cute) 4-year-old?! David captioned the snap ‘I became an even better daddy today after Harper Seven asked daddy to have a picture with her favourite girls’. Harper, if you don’t mind…we would LOVE to be your favourite girls.

The Disney madness did not end here, as David posted another snap of himself and ten-year-old Cruz sporting some very fetching shades- captioned ‘Me and my little man just about to beat him on Toy Story.. Great day at Disney such a special place for kids and adults❤ . Oh and for the record Cruzie beat me’. 

Unsurprisingly, David and family pretty much stole the limelight away from just about everyone (even you Ariel, even you), and also managed to increase Disney park entrances by a Gazzillion percent that day.

Well we suppose it makes sense, why meet Cinderella when you can meet the Beckham’s?

BLOG: While the Beckham's swan around the 'most magical place on earth', Brad Pitt has lined up a tour of Banksy's latest creation but which one should we be heading to to keep on trend? Now's Benjamin Potter investigates...

Banksy nearly broke the internet this week when he opened his latest artistic installation, Dismaland.

The underground activist has been a firm favourite of the stars with including Justin Bieber and Drake queuing up to purchase his pricey pieces.

Hollywood A-lister Brad Pitt has even scheduled an out-of-hours tour of the rundown ‘bemusement’ park.

Fans can get a full hit of the world-famous activist and his 98 collaborators by heading down to the theme park which has taken over a disused lido in seaside town Weston-Super-Mare.

For the sum of £3, visitors can walk among the exhibits including a distorted mermaid, a dilapidated fairy castle and a boat pond where all the boats are filled with models of migrants, as well as paintings and a beach ball hovering above upturned knives.

While die-hard fans have been queuing round the corner to get a glimpse of his latest installation, across the pond the Beckhams continue to swan around Disneyland…so we ask Disneyland or Dismaland?

Before even arriving at the ‘most magical place on earth’ (the REAL Disneyland) you will be forced to part with a whopping 50 quid to purchase your ticket. And that’s without the Eurostar across, the hotel and a spell inside the extortionate giftshop. Tot all that up and you could be looking at a sizeable sum.

Meanwhile, Dismaland (the place where dreams are ruined!?) costs a much more affordable three quid. Throw in the coach ride and a fish and chip supper—you’re laughing!

Disneyland relies on its cheesy over the top adverts to get you druelling over Space Mountain—well Dismaland does that too, sort of.

In a nod to it’s much ‘happier’ counter part, Banksy has created a trailer which shows a family on their way to the park but when they arrive the dystopia they face is nothing like the plastic mickey mouse land.

Rides…what would theme parks be without them? Well, Dismaland. Although it distinctly lacks a Dumbo ride or It’s A Small World, it boasts crazy golf called Mini Gulf based on the war on oil and even a 50 Shades of Grey themed Punch and Judy Show!

And it appears that David‘s fabulous neck that holds up his fabulous face has had a bit of a spruce up lately! By which we mean David gone and got a new tat on his neck. But not just any old tat people- the latest addition is a dedication to his 16-year-old son Brooklyn Beckham!

David, 40, took to Instagram to post a snap of his fresh tat (an inking that reads ‘Buster’ with a teeny heart beneath it) captioning the picture, ‘I’ve always called Brooklyn (Buster) since the day he was born…. Love you Bust @brooklynbeckham’.

Inside we can virtually hear our mother screaming, ‘DON’T GET A NECK TATTOO NO-ONE WILL EVER EMPLOY YOU!’. Well guess what mum...Becks does what Becks wants, so there!

And it seems the new tat is a hit with David‘s mega 11.4 million Instagram followers,with many comments reading things such as ‘You might just be the coolest geezer on the planet’, ‘Good tattoo Becks’, ‘How amazing is this’. See mum, neck tattoos are COOL now!

‘Buster’ is yet to reply to his dad’s snap, and we assume he was probably far too busy doing VMA award things (having attended the event last night) to string together a soppy sentence or two for his old man.

And speaking of the VMA’s, it looks like Brooklyn is FAR too popular with the ladies now days! In fact, the eldest of the Beckham brood and his appearance at last nights show pretty much caused a meltdown in the Twittersphere… Watch out David, you’ve got competition!

David Beckham and the family celebrate as Romeo turns 13

One thing we’ve learned about the Beckhams over the years is that they sure know how to throw a good party.

David Beckham celebrated his 40th in incredible style back in May and then Harper had a cute little bash when she turned 4 over the summer, but this week it was the turn of David and Victoria’s second child Romeo.

Young Romeo turned 13 years old yesterday and was treated to a cute family get-together following the clan’s return to the UK from America over the Bank Holiday weekend.

As ever the do was documented in several social media snaps posted by proud mum and dad Victoria and David Beckham and they’ll totally melt your heart!

Victoria, 41, posed for a picture with her son in front of some balloons and sweetly planted a kiss on his cheek – awww!

‘Happy birthday baby boy,’ the former Spice Girl captioned the photo.

‘We r all so proud and love you so, so much. x 13 today!!!! X mummy’

Cuties! Romeo also joined his big brother Brooklyn, 16, and younger bro Cruz, 10, for a lovely shot of the siblings posted by Victoria.

‘Happy 13th birthday Romeo x My babies are getting so big!!! X vb,’ she wrote. Yes they are, Vic!

Meanwhile David grabbed the birthday boy for a big cuddle and the father and son were snapped embracing in possibly one of the most adorable pictures we’ve ever seen.

‘My little man turns 13 today ..,’ the dad-of-four told his followers before making a cheeky little dig about Romeo’s preferred football team.

‘Into his teens and still an Arsenal fan lol… Happy birthday beautiful boy ❤️⚽️❤️’

David Beckham, of course, made his name at Manchester United and never played for Arsenal… Awks.

All in all it looked like the whole clan had a lovely time and it’s getting us all excited about the next Beckham birthday. Unfortunately we’ve got to wait until February when Cruz turns 11.

But who knows, maybe they’ll have an awesome Christmas party that we can fawn over. *crosses fingers*

Oh Brooklyn Beckham – he has a nice life doesn’t he? School in London, holidays in LA, impromptu mini-breaks to Paris to hang out with a gorgeous girl.

Yes, we’d like his life.

But who is said ‘gorgeous girl’ we hear you ask? Well, it has been reported that Brooklyn, 16, has bagged himself a new girlfriend in the form of French Broadway star Sonia Ben Ammar.

The pair were spotted enjoying a hot date a the Hollywood Bowl on Saturday and it’s left Brooklyn fans a little heartbroken. As Sonia rubbed his cheeks, Brooklyn had a beaming smile as he gazed into her eyes – yes – it was a proper look of love.

The lovebirds also enjoyed a mini-break in Paris last month, which he went on with the blessing of his super-cool parent David and Victoria Beckham.

A source recently confirmed to The Sun that the pair are dating. ‘It is young love,’ they say. Aww!

So who is Sonia Ben Ammar? Here’s a few facts for you:

1. She is 16, like Brooklyn.

2. As well as being a stage actress she has also starred in a few French films including Jappelpoup.

3.YouTube videos of her singing in shows also prove she’s not just a pretty face.

4. Brooklyn’s followers have already nicknamed the new pals ‘Bronia’ and the young starlett has her own fan accounts on social media sites, so she’s no stranger to being in the spotlight.

5. She already good mates with his mates including his cousin Liberty and Gordon Ramsay’s son Jack.

After finishing his GCSEs Brooklyn has been focusing much of his time working on his photography skills. He told Miss Vogue UK magazine this month that he’s keen to study art and photography in the US but it’s unknown whether he’ll remain in the UK to do his A-levels.

No doubt he’s already got a muse in mind!

The retired football star unveiled a cute stick person etching on his hand earlier today which was created by 4-year-old daughter Harper.

‘Apparently Harper is allowed to scribble on daddy ❤️,’ David captioned the photo of the design, which features a little love heart next to the smiley character – awww!

The Beckham boys – Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 13, and Cruz, 10 – weren’t left out of the sketching session either it seems as David then shared an image of an emotional sentence they’d shared.

Be warned, you might need to get the tissues ready for this one… The sports star’s sons chose the words ‘We love you daddy’. *heart melts*

‘The boys expressing how they feel about daddy ❤️❤️❤️,’ David explained of the ink, which looks to be located above the Chinese proverb on his right side.

Too. Cute. Mum Victoria was clearly very proud of what the kids created and shared a black-and-white photo of Harper’s little etching on David’s hand.

‘Harper is a true little artist x x vb ❤️,‘ the 41-year-old designer wrote. Maybe she’s inherited Victoria’s creative flair?

It’s unclear if the scribbles are permanent tattoos or not but many of David’s fans think they definitely deserve a place amongst his extensive collection of inkings.

‘Aw, you should get that inked on permanently ,’ one commented on Harper’s sketch.

Another added about the boys’ design: ‘If one of your son’s wrote that @davidbeckham …you should get that writing tattoo ….unless it already is ….xx ❤️ …I think your a wonderful dad ..x’

We wouldn’t be surprised if the etchings ARE permanent. David Beckham has many tats honouring his family, including all of their names and even some of their cute nicknames.

With his toned bod and dashing good looks, David Beckham just seems to keep on getting better with age.

But anyone aspiring to get his fit figure by following a diet like Becks’ might be a bit surprised to hear what it involves – namely eating SPERM. Ewww!

Did David Beckham let Harper TATTOO him?

Yep, David shared a photo of the, um, interesting fish meal with his Instagram fans yesterday whilst eating out and seemed rather curious about it.

‘Cod fish sperm… ( interesting dish ),’ David, 40, captioned the photo. That’s one word for it!

The dish, which is popular in Japan, is also known as Shirako and can be eaten raw or cooked. Despite not being the most attractive food in the world, it is said by some to melt in the mouth – erm, we’d rather not imagine that right now.

David’s exotic grub unsurprisingly received quite a reaction on Instagram and fans are split over whether they like the look of the cod fish sperm.

‘Ugh- just lost my appetite,’ one unimpressed follower commented.

Others admitted to loving the dish, with one writing: ‘i love this food!!!’

So did David Beckham eat it or nah? It certainly sounds like he did as he was soon going back for another delicacy during his visit to the restaurant.

The former footballer posted a photo of his second dish and frankly we’re not sure what it is but he seemed keen on it.

‘On to the next one,’ wrote David.

Many fans guessed the mystery grub could be sea urchin which resulted in some rather hilarious jokes from Becks’ very witty followers…

‘You are mixing sperm and urchin eggs!!! Watch out you could get pregnant !!! @davidbeckham,’ one quipped. LOLs.

It looks like David is hanging out in Singapore at the moment and we’re intrigued to see what else he might tuck into during his trip.

There’s football, and then there’s extreme football. And that seems like exactly what David Beckham will be up to as he’s headed to the icy and frosty lands of Antartica.

The 40-year-old British footballer has shared a snap on his Instagram of the cold conditions he’ll be having a kick-about in, and we’re going to be honest, we feel a bit chilly just looking at it!

David posted a good ol’ fashioned selfie of himself in full on snow gear of a big puffy jacket and beanie hat, while showing a football pitch marked out behind him in the glistening snow.

‘Just marked the pitch out … Anyone see the corner flag behind me ?? game 5 Antartica WOW no words !!!! #loveofthegame’

With Becks being a Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF, it’s no surprise that he’s taking part in Game 5 for the organisation.

Sport agent David Gardner (who’s the other half of Liv Tyler don’t cha know) also shared a pic of him and David Beckham all wrapped out in the cold. SO wrapped up in fact, we almost didn’t recognise ya Becks!

Young love! 7 photos that prove Brooklyn Beckham is totally SMITTEN with girlfriend Sonia Ben Ammar

The 16-year-old took to social media on Thursday evening and shared a black and white photo of himself holding a heavy-looking weight.

Next to the snap he wrote: ‘Working out.’

Although Brooklyn is only 16 and hasn’t even legally entered adulthood yet, we’re still a little hearts-in-eyes at his gym selfie.

And, it seems like we aren’t the only ones. Fans of the star have left thousands of comments on the photo. One user wrote:

‘This is my kinda man!! ,’ whilst another said: ‘oh hey future husband.’

Some Brooklyn fans were so in love that they almost fainted…

‘Weak at the knees ,’ commented an Instagram user.

Well, we can see where they’re coming from! We’re totally smitten with David, 40, so it’s only inevitable really that we have the tiniest of crushes on Brooklyn, who looks the SPITTING image of his football-famous dad.

This isn’t the first time that the eldest Beckham child has shared photos of himself bulking-up. In September, Brooklyn uploaded a picture of himself doing a pull-up, showing off his athletic back.

We reckon Brooklyn’s new girlfriend, French model and actress Sonia Ben Ammar, 16, must be loving her boyfriend’s Instagram selfies. The pair met over spring break on a family holiday to the Maldives and seem to be really hitting it off, although they’re having to balance their relationship with their own personal commitments.

Brooklyn is currently studying photography at university whilst Sonia has a modelling contract with Next Model Management. Err, not bad going there!
