After 16 years together, stories are circulating that David and Victoria Beckham are having marriage troubles. But surely it couldn’t be over for Brand Beckham?

1 How often do they spend time together?

There’s no denying the dynamic in their relationship has changed since David retired from professional football in 2013. He’s expanded his commercial contracts to include cars, whisky and fashion brands Belstaff and H&M, which means he often has to travel around the world as brand ambassador.

As Victoria’s fashion empire goes from strength to strength, she plans to launch a shoe brand and a high-street range, as well as opening shops in Hong Kong, Dubai, Miami, LA and New York.

An insider explains: ‘Victoria runs their diaries. She’s juggling two demanding careers that span the world, as well as four kids. It’s a logistical nightmare to organise time to get together and it may not be as much as they’d both like, but they make the best of it.’

2 What about those lads’ nights out?

When David jetted off last week on a business trip to New York, he was also meeting up with his close circle of male pals to celebrate best mate Dave Gardner’s 39th birthday. David and Victoria have rowed about the boys’ nights out as she knows from experience when the lads are pictured with random girls it causes speculation about their relationship.

3 Have there been rows?

Insiders say tensions are at an all-time high and reckon they’d clearly argued, judging by their stony expressions as they left Victoria’s party last week.

‘Victoria’s tired and stressed from work, whereas David has a more relaxed lifestyle now that he’s retired,’ a source said. ‘They’ve had monumental four-letter-word rows as the tension between them snaps and they explode at each other.’

But another well-placed insider insists the rows have been blown out of proportion.

‘Of course they bicker,’ says the source. ‘They both have fiery tempers, so they will have the occasional argument. But they always make up after.’

Victoria uncharacteristically addressed the rumours in a recent interview, saying: ‘David and I have nothing to prove. We love each other, look out for each other and are strong as both partners and parents.’ And David has David has taken to Instagram to gush about his wife, saying: ‘Long trip London , Nyc , Miami, Nyc , London , Dubai , London… Can’t wait to get home to see my beautiful wife and unbelievable children….’

So will they split? It seems unlikely. They have one of the strongest relationships in showbiz and it looks like Brand Beckham is set to go on for some time yet.

The footie star posted a team photo on Instagram yesterday where he’s seen posing beside Brooklyn with One Direction heartthrob Hazza stood behind them. *swoon*

‘Nice way to warm up before the big game at Old Trafford …,’ David, 40, captioned the amazing picture.

‘Can’t beat a kick around with mates… ⚽️’

Er, they’re some mates you’ve got there, Becks! David wears his old Manchester United red strip in the picture, as does 16-year-old Brooklyn – awww, nice to see father and son on the same side.

It seems that 21-year-old Harry – who looks to be on the opposing team given that he’s decked out in white – must have said something amusing as Brooklyn is looking up at the singer with a big smile on his face in the snap.

Mind you, we’d be smiling too if we were getting to hang out with David Beckham AND Harry Styles.

Brooklyn certainly seemed to enjoy himself and posted a black-and-white version of the shot with the caption: ‘Fun night with these lads’

Harry hasn’t yet shared anything about the match (c’mon Hazza, spill the beans!) but we bet he had a whale of a time.

Fans of the trio professed their love for the picture on Instagram, with one cutely commenting: ‘look at how brooklyn is looking at harry’

Another simply wrote: ‘THIS IS TOO GOOD ’

The boys might look like they’re just having a relaxed kick about but something tells us this probably got pretty competitive.

David’s best pal Dave Gardner was amongst the players and joked on social media that he would be feeling the aftermath of the event the next morning.

‘Great match but tomorrow I think I will be walking like John Wayne….Getting old !!!!’ he quipped.

Ever since the blessed day he joined Instagram in May 2015, David has been sharing snippets of the Beckhams’ family life with his fans and this often includes snaps of his and Brooklyn’s antics.

There’s clearly a competitive spirit between them as David declared himself the winner when he took on his teenage son during a bit of playful wrestling in October 2015.

‘Just a normal Sunday in the Beckham household .. Master Brooklyn trying to take on 40 year old dad and losing again #dontmesswithdad #nexttimeson @brooklynbeckham,’ Becks captioned the photo.

Brooklyn begged to differ though and posted his own photo, writing: ‘In your dreams dad @davidbeckham’ Play nicely, boys!

A bit of competition also broke out in September 2015 when Brooklyn suggested that he now has much more street cred than his famous father.

‘Dads not happy about me being cooler than him,’ he wrote. We think you’re both pretty cool tbh, Brooklyn.

Sometimes Brooklyn and David Beckham are on the same side though. The time they both took part in a warm-up for a charity football match and posed side by side – with one Harry Styles on the opposite team – totally warmed our hearts.

David is clearly very proud of his boy. The sports star supported Brooklyn during a father/son fishing trip over the summer and spoke of his happiness about how well the teen did.

‘Not bad for his first time fishing… A nice John Dory that the captain said its the 2nd biggest one he had seen… very proud,’ the dad-of-four told his followers. Awww!

David Beckham has added yet another inking to his vast collection and it's rather pretty

Just when we thought David Beckham had slowed down on the tattoo front, having not revealed a new one since August (that’s a long time by Becks’ standards), he’s only gone and got ANOTHER inking.

The new etching consists of a rose on David’s neck and was unveiled by wife Victoria when she took a sexy photo of her man chilling out in America this morning.

‘Happy Friday x kisses from Los Angeles x vb,’ Victoria, 41, captioned the shot.

There’s no explanation from Posh about what 40-year-old David’s latest addition to his tat collection might mean – after all, he’s always made it clear that his most cherished designs are the ones that mean something.

But we can’t help but wonder if it’s dedicated to one of the ladies in his life? An english rose, perhaps?

Maybe David got the delicate design in honour of Victoria? The two have faced unpleasant rumours about their marriage recently and it could be a sign that they’re stronger than ever.

Or could the floral skin ink represent David’s beloved youngest child, daughter Harper? The rose sits just above his ‘pretty lady’ tattoo, which was done to represent his feelings for the 4-year-old, so it would make sense to add another design for Harper in that spot.

David Beckham himself has kept quiet about the mysterious new inking but we hope he’ll reveal all about it very soon!

In the meantime it looks like the former footballer and his wife have been spending quality time with their family over in the States.

Shortly before posting the snap of David, a proud Victoria took a photo of little Harper as she did a spot of horse riding – awww!

David Beckham pens an emotional tribute to 'inspiring young lady' Kirsty Howard, who he met several times, after she dies from a rare heart condition aged 20

David Beckham has penned an emotional tribute following the sad death of a young woman he called his ‘good luck charm.’

Kirsty Howard, 20, died on Saturday morning after been born with a back-to-front heart – a rare condition that she battled all her life, having initially been given just weeks to live.

Dad-of-four David took to Instagram to share his sadness at the news of her death, sharing a snap of himself with Kirsty – who dedicated her life to charity work – as a child and praising the fundraising efforts, calling her ‘an inspiration.’

The pair met on various occasions during Kirsty’s short life, including during the opening ceremony of the 2002 Commonwealth Games, where they presented the Jubilee Baton to Queen Elizabeth together.

‘Words cannot describe how amazing this young lady has been over the years,’ David’s post begins.

‘Kirsty has been defying doctors for many years and whilst doing that she has been raising millions of pounds for terminally ill children.

‘I met Kirsty in 2002 when she became the nation’s and my good luck charm for the game against Greece, we also met the queen together in Manchester so you could say we have spent some amazing moments together over the years and it was an inspiration to meet such a brave young lady with so much drive for helping others.

‘My love and thoughts go to Kirsty’s parents and sisters as this inspirational young lady will be missed.

‘My heart and love goes to Kirsty for letting me be a small part of your world over the years.

‘Rest in peace.’

The touching post gained over half a million likes, with one user commenting: ‘Beautiful words. RIP angel.’

The pair were spotted enjoying a hot date a the Hollywood Bowl on Saturday and it’s left Brooklyn fans a little heartbroken. As Sonia rubbed his cheeks, Brooklyn had a beaming smile as he gazed into her eyes – yes – it was a proper look of love.

The lovebirds also enjoyed a mini-break in Paris last month, which he went on with the blessing of his super-cool parent David and Victoria Beckham.

A source recently confirmed to The Sun that the pair are dating. ‘It is young love,’ they say. Aww!

So who is Sonia Ben Ammar? Here’s a few facts for you:

1. She is 16, like Brooklyn.

2. As well as being a stage actress she has also starred in a few French films including Jappelpoup.

3.YouTube videos of her singing in shows also prove she’s not just a pretty face.

4. Brooklyn’s followers have already nicknamed the new pals ‘Bronia’ and the young starlett has her own fan accounts on social media sites, so she’s no stranger to being in the spotlight.

5. She already good mates with his mates including his cousin Liberty and Gordon Ramsay’s son Jack.

After finishing his GCSEs Brooklyn has been focusing much of his time working on his photography skills. He told Miss Vogue UK magazine this month that he’s keen to study art and photography in the US but it’s unknown whether he’ll remain in the UK to do his A-levels.

No doubt he’s already got a muse in mind!

The retired football star unveiled a cute stick person etching on his hand earlier today which was created by 4-year-old daughter Harper.

‘Apparently Harper is allowed to scribble on daddy ❤️,’ David captioned the photo of the design, which features a little love heart next to the smiley character – awww!

The Beckham boys – Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 13, and Cruz, 10 – weren’t left out of the sketching session either it seems as David then shared an image of an emotional sentence they’d shared.

Be warned, you might need to get the tissues ready for this one… The sports star’s sons chose the words ‘We love you daddy’. *heart melts*

‘The boys expressing how they feel about daddy ❤️❤️❤️,’ David explained of the ink, which looks to be located above the Chinese proverb on his right side.

Too. Cute. Mum Victoria was clearly very proud of what the kids created and shared a black-and-white photo of Harper’s little etching on David’s hand.

‘Harper is a true little artist x x vb ❤️,‘ the 41-year-old designer wrote. Maybe she’s inherited Victoria’s creative flair?

It’s unclear if the scribbles are permanent tattoos or not but many of David’s fans think they definitely deserve a place amongst his extensive collection of inkings.

Did David Beckham let Harper TATTOO him?

Yep, David shared a photo of the, um, interesting fish meal with his Instagram fans yesterday whilst eating out and seemed rather curious about it.

‘Cod fish sperm… ( interesting dish ),’ David, 40, captioned the photo. That’s one word for it!

The dish, which is popular in Japan, is also known as Shirako and can be eaten raw or cooked. Despite not being the most attractive food in the world, it is said by some to melt in the mouth – erm, we’d rather not imagine that right now.

David’s exotic grub unsurprisingly received quite a reaction on Instagram and fans are split over whether they like the look of the cod fish sperm.

‘Ugh- just lost my appetite,’ one unimpressed follower commented.

Others admitted to loving the dish, with one writing: ‘i love this food!!!’

So did David Beckham eat it or nah? It certainly sounds like he did as he was soon going back for another delicacy during his visit to the restaurant.

The former footballer posted a photo of his second dish and frankly we’re not sure what it is but he seemed keen on it.

‘On to the next one,’ wrote David.

Many fans guessed the mystery grub could be sea urchin which resulted in some rather hilarious jokes from Becks’ very witty followers…

‘You are mixing sperm and urchin eggs!!! Watch out you could get pregnant !!! @davidbeckham,’ one quipped. LOLs.

It looks like David is hanging out in Singapore at the moment and we’re intrigued to see what else he might tuck into during his trip.

The 40-year-old British footballer has shared a snap on his Instagram of the cold conditions he’ll be having a kick-about in, and we’re going to be honest, we feel a bit chilly just looking at it!

David posted a good ol’ fashioned selfie of himself in full on snow gear of a big puffy jacket and beanie hat, while showing a football pitch marked out behind him in the glistening snow.

With Becks being a Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF, it’s no surprise that he’s taking part in Game 5 for the organisation.

The 16-year-old took to social media on Thursday evening and shared a black and white photo of himself holding a heavy-looking weight.

Next to the snap he wrote: ‘Working out.’

Although Brooklyn is only 16 and hasn’t even legally entered adulthood yet, we’re still a little hearts-in-eyes at his gym selfie.

And, it seems like we aren’t the only ones. Fans of the star have left thousands of comments on the photo. One user wrote:

‘This is my kinda man!! ,’ whilst another said: ‘oh hey future husband.’

Some Brooklyn fans were so in love that they almost fainted…

‘Weak at the knees ,’ commented an Instagram user.

Well, we can see where they’re coming from! We’re totally smitten with David, 40, so it’s only inevitable really that we have the tiniest of crushes on Brooklyn, who looks the SPITTING image of his football-famous dad.

This isn’t the first time that the eldest Beckham child has shared photos of himself bulking-up. In September, Brooklyn uploaded a picture of himself doing a pull-up, showing off his athletic back.

We reckon Brooklyn’s new girlfriend, French model and actress Sonia Ben Ammar, 16, must be loving her boyfriend’s Instagram selfies. The pair met over spring break on a family holiday to the Maldives and seem to be really hitting it off, although they’re having to balance their relationship with their own personal commitments.

Brooklyn is currently studying photography at university whilst Sonia has a modelling contract with Next Model Management. Err, not bad going there!

If one Beckham having a kick-about was never quite enough for you, well, today’s your lucky day because two Beckhams have headed out to the pitch recently, and it’s cute as anything.

In fact, the whole Beckham bunch turned out in full force over the weekend for the UNICEF charity match at Old Trafford, with Victoria Beckham, Romeo, Cruz and Harper watching dad David Beckham play and captain for the Great Britain and Ireland team, which was managed by Sir Alex Ferguson, who were playing against the Rest of the World XI team.

But it was big brother Brooklyn Beckham who took centre stage as the 16-year-old took over from David for the final 15 minute of the game, before ol’ Goldenballs replaced Sol Campbell which went a double Beckham treat on the pitch!

And Victoria was unsurprisingly one proud mama seeing her hubby and son both hit the pitch together when she shared a pic on Instagram of the back of both their football shirts and captioned it: ‘I love my boys. Incredible game today for a wonderful cause @ unicef. What David has achieved makes me so proud.I love u X’

Honestly, this family is just too adorable!

Both David and his son also shared photos of the event on social media, with Brooklyn saying ‘what an amazing experience’ it was ‘to play with some of the best players in the world.’

‘I will always remember this moment. #matchforchildren.’

One of the things they asked the former footballer to do was explain some uniquely British words and phrases that often leave our American friends scratching their heads in confusion – and the results are HILARIOUS.

For example, when asked to explain the word ‘knickers’ (because Americans call them PANTIES – eww), David used the classic ‘put it into a sentence’ advice, and came out with this brilliant line…

And Vic wasn’t the only family member David used to illustrate his answers – 16-year-old son Brooklyn Beckham also got dragged into things.

Asked to define ‘fit’, David explained: ”Fit’ is something my son would say. So he’d turn round for instance and say, ‘wow, that girl’s fit’. It means gorgeous.’

We wonder if that’s what Brooklyn’s been saying about his gorgeous new girlfriend, Sonia Ben Ammar?

Becks went on to shed light on the meaning of words including ‘legless’ – ‘something that I am never’ – and the phrase ‘queueing up’, with Dave joking: ‘Erm, I don’t actually know what it is.’

OH YOU.

He also used some rather colourful language when asked to explain ‘meat and two veg’, with his initial response being bleeped out. Darn it!

He went on to explain that it’s ‘something that men have.’

Made In Chelsea’s Kimberley Garner was sadly turned away from the red carpet after show organisers didn’t recognise who she was, and then was later denied entry to the A-list main room! Awks. She got over it though – by posting a selfie on instagram and heading to the afterparty.

Highlight of the show is of course Joanna Lumley and Jennifer Saunders rocking up as their characters from beloved sitcom Absolutely Fabulous, Patsy and Eddy, after a day of filming the MOVIE that’s out next year. Totally excited!

A recent Instagram post from 16-year-old Brooklyn shows the teen having a good old snooze, which has been captioned ‘Rocking the old school Ralph Lauren’. Rocking, indeed.

So here comes the plot twist, people- buckle up….

40-year-old David has commented on his son’s snoozy snap with a simple yet somehow earth shattering ‘that’s my jumper’. Jeeez, is it hot in here or is that the Dad roasting we can feel….

It’s highly likely that Brooklyn currently has the pending question of a good old Instagram ‘block’ to debate over, as this really isn’t the first time David has pulled a clever one on the young’un.

A previous Instagram post saw the teen celebrating reaching one million followers. However, all celebrations were ceased after a comment from Becks reading ‘I have 52 [million]’. *Becks drops mic*

Romeo had some bad news for his football star father...

It’s every football dad’s worst nightmare – when your son turns around and says these fateful words: ‘I don’t want to play football anymore.’

This nightmare became a reality for David Beckham as second son Romeo admitted to his football-royalty father that he wanted to stop playing!

Speaking to the Radio Times, the ex-Manchester United player said about the 13 year-old, ‘The other day Romeo turned round to me and said he didn’t want to play football any more.

‘Part of me was devastated but part of me was relieved, too. He’s got other passions and I like that.’

Aww, well that just about proves that David Beckham is the sweetest sports Dad. These other passions of Remeo’s include following in his mother’s fashion footsteps and modeling Burberry, recently starring in an adorable advert.

He also spoke of his eldest son Brooklyn, saying ‘photography is his passion.’ Brooklyn shows off his photography talent in his arty Instagram, which has amassed five million followers.

Though he does still has some competition from the biggest Beckham, who recently appeared alongside David for a charity football match for UNICEF.

With Brooklyn taking on the fashion world and Brooklyn the art, we can’t wait to see to see what paths the rest of the Beckham clan will take.

David Beckham totally just embarrassed Brooklyn with THIS Instagram comment…

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, 40-year-old David Beckham shared a VERY cute photo of himself with Olive alongside the caption: ‘Even olive is getting into the festivities .’

In the snap, Olive is wearing what looks like a knitted Christmas dog outfit and AND a knitted bobble hat. She certainly looks more festive than David who is sporting a checked shirt and baseball cap.

It’s cool though, David looks bea-ti-ful in whatever he wears…

Fans have commented on the cute photo. One admirer wrote: ‘have u ever wished you were a dog before? This much?’

At Now, it’s safe to say that NO, we have never wished we were a dog this much. Hugs with David are something we can only dream of…

Another Beckham fan said:

‘Lovely picture my dog won’t keep a hat on long enough to take a picture ,’ and another added: ‘awww such a cute dog.’

The Beckham’s introduced their cute canine earlier this year. Olive is the family’s fourth pet as they already own three dogs- Baranby, Coco and Scarlet.

Olive isn’t the only member of the Beckham clan to get into the festive spirit – Victoria, 41, is also feeling Christmassy!

The fashion icon took to Instagram earlier this week and shared a number of photos of herself in New York. In one of the snaps she’s adding a bauble to a VERY tall Christmas tree and in another, she’s posing in a Santa hat.

Yup, this further proves that Mrs Beckham is blimmin’ hilarious!

Boys and their toys, eh? Christmas is just around the corner and it’s probably the best time of year for a celebrity kid – because your parents are loaded enough to get you the toy of your dreams.

But now that Brooklyn Beckham is 16, he’s after more than your average computer game or pair of flashy trainers. In fact, he’s put a Formula One-approved Porsche on his Christmas list – which drives well over 100 miles per hour and can usually only be driven on a racing track. Um, fancy pants or what?

WHO IS BROOKLYN BECKHAM’S SECRET GIRLFRIEND? 

Understandably, mum Victoria Beckham, 41, isn’t such a fan of Brooklyn’s present request. An insider tells Now: ‘Victoria hates the idea of Brooklyn racing at such high speeds and doesn’t understand his need for speed, much like his father and his motorcycle.’ Sounds like Brooklyn takes after dad David Beckham, 40, who famously biked round Brazil for his TV show Into The Unknown. Dave has also been spotted out riding his customised classic Triumph Bonneville T100 bike in LA.

Our insider says: ‘David loves the idea and has been looking into getting him the car – with the promise that he gets to drive the Porsche as well.’ Sounds like there might be an argument brewing between Posh and Becks about Brooklyn’s Santa list…

Brooklyn’s still only 16, but that’s not actually an obstacle to him getting the car – if he gets his way. Although you have to be 17 to drive in the UK, Brooklyn turns that age in March – and the law says you can drive on private land under the age of 17. And with the Beckhams recently eyeing up a £5.4 million mansion estate in Gloucestershire with 22 acres of private land, there’s certainly ample space for Brooklyn to get behind the wheel.

You can also learn to drive from the age of 15 and a half in California, where the Beckhams spend a lot of their time. So if Brooklyn gets his flash car, he could be speeding off into the sunset before Victoria’s had the chance to remind him to put his seatbelt on…

And that’s a lot of ladies.

Cue a new rule: David must try not to pose with other women for paparazzi photos. Sick of all the infidelity rumours that have dogged their relationship, Victoria’s told David how she feels and that’s why you’ll never see him on the red carpet with a woman who isn’t her.

Similarly, Now learns that Posh, 41, was less than impressed when he was photographed at the dinner table sandwiched between two blondes who appeared to be hanging on his every word at the Grassroots Soccer fundraising gala at London’s One Marylebone the following month. But again, David was actually sticking to Posh’s rules – as the photo was taken from afar by a photographer. Yep, the only lady you’ll see David with in an official red carpet picture is VB, herself.

The couple hit the red carpet most recently for the British Fashion Awards where Vic was posing hand in hand with her husband. But her new rule should make it clear to any ladies that the only woman for the Sexiest Man on the Planet is her. Or perhaps Harper #daddysgirl

The Golden Parent melts our hearts talking about his new charity football documentary

Football mega-star and overall amazing person David Beckham says that one day he wants his kids to accompany him on a charity mission so they realise how good they’ve got it.

The former England captain said that whenever he returns from a charity mission for his patron charity UNICEF, he sits his four children down to talk about it to keep them thankful for their privileged life. What a man.

His recent globe-trotting adventure involved promoting UNICEF by playing football matches in seven continents. Talking to the Mirror, he said, ‘Every time I go on a field trip I sit down with them after and discuss every single detail.

‘My kids have been asking to come with me on these trips for years. At some point they will.’

Quite possibly the luckiest kids in the entire world, the Beckham clan consists of Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 13, Cruz, 10, and Harper – his only daughter – four.

He adds, ‘Obviously their priority is their schooling but they are interested in these trips. My children already understand how lucky they are to have the life they have.’

The BBC documentary, For the Love of the Game, airing next week, shows Beckham travelling to some of the poorest areas in the world, as well as those devastated by war or natural disasters: from villages in Papua New guinea to Nepal, recently affected by a massive earthquake.

‘To play with children who lived through that and see them smile was inspirational.

‘Being a parent, being a father, to see the happiness of the children really is incredible.’

This isn’t the first time Old Becks has tried to instill these values in his kids. Besides being a model, going to movie premieres, or presenting fashion awards to one of the most iconic popstars in the world (his mum), Brooklyn worked in a coffee shop for below minimum wage when he was 15, allegedly encouraged by his parents.

Even someone with probably the most recognisable last name on Earth had to serve semi-skinned flat whites with a dash of cocoa only around the edges to Londoners. Inspirational.

The documentary ends with a UNICEF charity match where the elder Becks plays with his oldest son, Brooklyn, hammering home the true message of the show: that football can unite everyone, from bringing joy to people hurt by disasters, or simply a father and son playing the game they love. Now that’s a Christmas message! You’re melting our hearts, Dave.
